Mardis Gras is on March 5!!!! The most exciting and spectacular festival of all time!!! Always wanted to go the one in Rio!!! Anyone gone to Mardi Gras, New Orleans!!!!

Yes I lived there many years and went. It is not as safe these days to go. But it is an experience.

I have been to several Mardi Gras in Italy, I have visited the place where they make the Floats in New Orleans.

@db20747 Every city celebrates Mardi Gras in Italy. We call this time of the year "Carnevale", the best floaters and costumes are in Venice and Viareggio. In France in Nice it was beautiful.
