Do you like to use slang while talking or writing?

I definitely don't like it (but I respect the right of people to use them.).
In my opinion this often makes conversation or writing difficult, and speaking specifically about another language... As English (which is the foreign language that I study right now) isn't my native language, everything becomes even more confusing and complicated.
So, no slang!

No and yes, it depends on the situation.
Many Norwegians write dialect in personal messages etc, I never do that. I always use it when I talk though, trying to talk like I write just doesn't sound right. And not using your dialect is considered weird in Norway, or arrogant.

@WiseGhots I think it also depends on what you consider as slang. Some of the kids in the school I teach will use words I either don't understand (especially abbrevations) or find really daft, but some words start as slang and then become a part of the language.
Maybe it also depends on who is using the slang. In schools with many children with other mother tongues, I know they use foreign words as slang in Norwegian. I think that is normal in other countries too.

It depends upon context.
