Roller coasters and amusement parks

Good morning myLot! Recently I was lucky enough to go to Disney World (and I'm so incredibly grateful!). I hadn't been in so long and I'd forgotten just how magical it was. I love amusement parks, they always make me feel like being a kid again. Do you enjoy amusement parks or carnivals? I've always loved going on roller coasters, ever since I was a little girl. Do you like those types of rides or do they make you sick? Do you have any good memories at an amusement park or carnival?

I love roller coasters they are so much fun ..but i warn people that ride with me ..im a screamer i will scream to the top of my lungs ...i really want to go again ive never been to disney World ..guess im in for a treat
On my bucket list now :)

i scream too, i have to warn people as well! it's more like a screaming laugh 
disney doesn't have much in the way of actual roller coasters but it's still a great time, i hope you get to experience it one day :)

I'm a Disney fanatic, and I visit Disney World frequently. I'm an annual pass holder, so to get my money's worth I try to go every chance I get.

@isweartokira If you can go often, or at least a couple of times a year, the annual pass is definitely the way to go. And now that you have your pass, I hope you'll be able to visit quite frequently!
Did you get to ride the new Slinky Dog coaster in Hollywood Studios? I've ridden it twice now, it's a pretty fun little coaster. I'm super excited for the opening of Star Wars Land later this year!

Okay, here is something that you probably won't be expecting. LOL... I wish that there was such a thing as a SLOW Roller Coaster. I want to just sit there are see the sights. When I'm finished, they can speed it up lol!!

hey this could actually go over pretty well, i think i might enjoy this too! i know some amusement parks have trains that slowly go around the park

I opened your photo earlier today, but when I closed it, I lost you. It's beautiful! I haven't been to Disney World in years, but my grandkids agree that it's the most magical place on earth! I went on Space Mountain and never will set foot on a rollercoaster again.

I never went to theme parks as a kid, they were too far away and expensive. But I have been to three different ones in the last ten years, with two of them being more than once.. I am not a fan of rollercoasters but have been on them, due to the boyfriend making me go on with him.
I do like carnivals and fairs though, an enjoy the rides like tilt o whirl, scrambler and polar express.

Yes, I love amusement parks but not always the rides these days, just the slower ones. I love the atmosphere, the flowers, the food, the shopping and interaction of amusement parks. I live near Kings Island and for six years lived close to Disney World. I did go often, two years I had a seasons pass. I really enjoy Disney World best but the kids always liked the more exciting rides at Kings Island.

@isweartokira There are two Kings Islands. One here in Ohio and one in Virginia. The Virginia one might be Kings Dominion.

the atmosphere really is the magical part! I only just bought my season pass to Disney world, I'm excited to take advantage. I've never heard of Kings island, I'll have to do some research :)

We go to one every single year. There are two near us in Maryland but we have also done the Disney World/EPCOT experience.
it is a fun family day every time!!!

epcot is one of my favorite places. it's been a while since I've been there but every time i go i love it! glad you're enjoying disney :)
