Fried Baloney and Egg Sandwich

I'm making fried baloney and egg sandwiches for lunch, they're so good. Only recently have I rediscovered the culinary magic of baloney. it's not just for kids anymore. I'm using Bar-S baloney, Sara Lee White Wheat Artisan bread, Miracle Whip, Plain yellow mustard. Fiesta mix cheese from Walmart. jumbo eggs, Grilled. It's so good. Who else loves fried baloney?

I have always loved fried baloney. I have been eating it since a kid but haven't had any in quite awhile. Thanks for the post which reminded me. Enjoy yours and I will think of you when I get some.

I love to fry ring bologna, then eat it with an egg and toast. Yummy!

Is ring baloney sliced baloney with the little plastic ring around it? Or something else?

@jprtist I'm sure there are two correct spellings, yours and the other way. Other foods like omelette, have a couple different spellings.

Oh yeah. This is good stuff. More of a lunch meal for me. It would never qualify for a dinner. But this HAS to be good stuff.
