Remember the story back in late January that I posted about the gal dragging a dog behind her as she rode down the street on her electric scooter?( Well, there is a bit of a update on this horrific story. Here is the latest:

i read 'f such. can't believe somebody'd do such a thingy? but there's so many mentally off balanced folks out there. interestin' she 'twas a shrink't the pen. jest makes ya wonder how much help she's been to those folks, eh?

My goodness what cruelty!! I also read in that link she is not the dogs owner.
