A young lady born in London called Shamima Begum wants to return to the United Kingdom after going to Syria to be with ISIS. She ran away to the caliphate as a 15-year-old schoolgirl with her two friends and now that ISIS have had their butts kicked she wants out. She had three children out there to two different ISIS fighters and only one kid survived, a baby born to her this month in a refugee camp near Syria, seemingly a child she sees as her only way home. Needlessly to say the British public are not best pleased she wants to come home after she seemed not to care what she had done or been a part of. Legally as both her parents are Bangladeshi's she is a Bangladesh citizen by their laws, even though she was born in London. Either way neither the U.K or Bangladesh want anything to so with her. I think there is a similar case in the US. Her case came to light when a journalist discovered her in the camp and as she was notorious at the time for going out there its a big story here, especially that she is a still alive. Its fair to say she doesn't come across as very intelligent and looks like she was brainwashed by ISIS online to go out there. Young British Muslim women's lives can be pretty dull here as they sometimes are pushed into arranged marriages and often marry their cousins in the more working class families so to produce dowries and immigration papers and passports. Loveless marriages are the norm in Islam. Its no surprise some wanted to run away from that. She is not very pretty and so has little gong for her as far as sympathy goes, accept this baby, who no one has actually seen as its always covered up, It may not be real and just a story to get home. Either way the British Home Secretary. who is a Muslim by birth, is grandstanding and has revoked her citizenship on terrorist grounds. This action revealed that a lot of other Brits who went out to join ISIS have quietly returned here with no publicity and are being debriefed on terrorist prevention courses. Its highly likely because of that her case will be overturned and she will come home. But is she a threat? I say she inst a bring her home and try her, if just to prove to Islam we are not like them and practice summary justice.
