In a few moments leaving to get some good ole fried fish and chips!! Fresh out of the grease, Nice and flaky with moist fries!! With coleslaw or potato salad!!! And a sweet and tender roll!!! For desert, a slice of sweet potato pie!!! What are your plans for tonite??!!

We went though Romania once, on a train, between Budapest and Sophia, with no real stop along the way. Enjoyed seeing the countryside.

That sounds yummy, enjoy your meal. I have cake in the refrigerator, but my dad hasn't eaten a slice and I am afraid that if I go and eat a slice, I would end up eating the whole thing without sharing. :(

@LadyDuck Stuffed peppers is a dish my grandmother cooked on Sundays and I'm glad this recipe is still around!! Had some already made up from Costcos in January!! And happy Happy Birthday To U!!!! What are your plans 2day!!!!

I ended up with salmon cakes and potato salad!! My mouth was set on fish!! Didn't go to the restaurant and that's what they brought back!! Next time I will have to go with them!! I missed the ride!

I'd love some Friday fish and chips. But, I cannot have any fried or fatty foods, so that's not on my menu for tonight. Tonight we'll have lean meatballs, with some maple bacon barbeque sauce and some fresh sautéed vegetables.
