I Beat the Gas Tanker to the Station!

While running down the road (trying to loosen my load) this afternoon I noticed the dreaded gas station signs. Gas was more expensive than it was when I went to work.
Oh, no! It's time to play the game of "beat the tanker to the station" so I can get the lower price!!
I succeeded, and I didn't have to drive all over 16 counties to do so. The Kroger near me had gas at "this morning's" prices. PLUS, my groceries put me at the 10c savings level on my Kroger card.
My fill-up cost about 30c a gallon less.
It's always good to beat the tanker to the station and get the lower price!

Gas is much more expensive in Australia but the conversion is too hard. It's around 137.9c a litre in the city. Diesel is about 145.1c. It takes 3.7 litres to make a US gallon. Anyway I know it's dearer but I don't have time at the moment go do the maths.
