What Fairy Tale Would You Be In?

When I was growing up I used to dream I would be like Sleeping Beauty and be woken with a kiss by my very own Prince Charming. Just thinking about it made my heart flutter. I loved fairy tales and would often want to hear them over and over. When Cinderella lost her shoe and the Prince finally found her, I was thrilled beyond words. When Snow White took a bite of the poisoned apple I went into mourning with the Seven Dwarfs. The Prince won my heart when he kissed her back to life and make her his own. I guess you could say I have spent a good part of my life involved in fairy tales and true love. I have found my true love but am still wrapped up in fairy tales. Am I the only adult still wrapped up in fairy tales? If you were in a fairy tale which one would you like it to be?

@Courtlynn It is an awful thing to be abused, it tends to color the rest of your life. Sorry to hear that you and your child both were abuse by someone who is supposed to love and protect you.

II think that for me believing in a happy ending is important. I tend to have my head in the clouds.

@HazySue believing in happy endings, never did much good for me - as you can see by my ex and I not being together and him abusing both me and my daughter.

When I was a kid and I had a hard time falling asleep, I would imagine that I was Cinderella. She's the most beautiful Disney princess for me and Cinderella is my favourite fairy tale as well.

I like this question. My fave is beauty and the beast but I think i would be too scared to live with a monster. So i would probably choose Cinderella (don't mind housekeeping but no rats pls) or another fave, The Little Mermaid with the Disney-fied happy ending.

No ideas? Maybe a prince in one of the fairy tales. The parts are small but powerful.
