I Really Don't Like Winter!!! / myLot

After the week that we have had, I didn't expect to get up this morning and find it -15 C!! I couldn't believe that it was warmer in Manitoba than here yesterday, so the first thing I did was check on our old part of the province. Poor Cook's Creek was -20 C!! If it had been warmer yet again, I would have seriously have considered whether or not to move back! I do think that I would have moved to Winnipeg instead of our in the country... for a lot of reasons. Shopping is coming to mind!! If you are going to be cold, at least you want to be relatively close to home! We were a half hour away... and a lot of the time... the snowplows hadn't gotten to us!! That was pretty scary!! Have you ever lived in a different province or state than the one you are presently in???

Most of our state is much of a muchness unless you go well north. Did you realise you have a typo in your title?

Different province yes and different country too. I lived for 6 months in Bangkok and it was extremely hot in the summer season there. Much hotter than my country. I have also lived in another province in this country during the monsoon season where the thunder sounded like just on top fo my head. It was awful.

You remind me of the winters I went through in Latvia. Sometimes the snow and ice piled up and the temps went below zero and stayed there for two weeks at a time.
