And a Time to Dance

It’s time for another countdown. I looked at the list of things I’ve bored you with, ahem, things I’ve done as countdowns, and I’ve never danced through one. Wow. So, it’s time to dance! My ten favorite songs with “dance” or some variant in the title are up next. The title of this discussion, “And a Time to Dance,” is the name of a Los Lobos album. Keep that band in mind..... Put on your dancing shoes (no, “Dancing Shoes” by Dan Fogelberg didn’t make the final cut)! This song didn’t make the final cut, either, but how could I not use it as a teaser!

Bowie was such a creative genius and surrounded himself with terrific producers and musicians. Using Nile Rodgers and Stevie Ray Vaughn are proof of that on this #1 charter!
