Weather weather- please be a little more predictable

Since last many years, advent of February used to mean warm or sometimes hot days when many a times even single layer - jacket or sweater was off.
However, this year we have seen a proper winter extending till now.
The problem is the fluctuation - warm till one moment, then rainy and cold again.
And if we go packed, it could be possible that day becomes warmer and we are sweating.
So it becomes difficult and at times we get cough and cold.
So I wish the weather becomes a bit more predictable.

In the region of Venezuela where I live, it had not rained for several months and finally the rains came. Weeks ago, there were signs of rain but the water did not fall, until yesterday it rained a lot. Yes, there are many imbalances, and you do not know exactly if it will rain or not, even if you find signs.

yes out of normal everywhere and it becomes a bit difficult to have our daily routine going on without hurdles in this way.
