Last night, just like what we always do from time to time, we got a nice massage from a spa. My husband and I always prefer to it in the evening so that we are done with our chores thus there is no need to wash our hands and so on..
Now, what i have noticed is that after an almost two-hour massage in the eve, we woke up the following morning as if someone has wrestled with us, we felt so languid and tired.
I meant, we get some massage to feel better, but the opposite happens.
There is only one spa that gives me such nice feeling in the morning. And just today, i told my husband that we would just stick to that spa.
Do you also experience the same thing in the morning? Tired and languid?

Better avoid massage. Or have it done by a family member.

so do you plan to go back to the first spa - the one that told you to go to a different branch?

Yes I experienced this. During the Customer Service Week at work. My manager invited employees from a certain massage spa to the office. I only had 15-minute back massage. The time was limited so I did not complain. I felt the pressure pressed in my back. After the massage I don't feel good. My shoulder felt as if something on it. I went to my go to spa, blind therapist, my therapist came to the rescue. I told him what happened. And he massaged the muscle that hurts. And the aching was gone.

I had one for a shoulder issue, so I'm sure it's not the same thing... mine was very relaxing...

I get lots of massages from certified therapists at spas. I usually fall asleep, but do try to stay awake so I don't miss the wonderful massages. My husband never falls asleep. No, we feel great once they are over, but they say you shouldn't drive immediately after one. That's why our spas let us sit and give us cucumber water or tea and nuts and fruit to eat afterwards. We usually stay in a spa which is part of an inn for 3-4 days.
