One of the things I often think about

is the process of communication. As a long time software architect, I like to break things down into pattens and of course, any pattern has an anti- or opposite pattern. For example, a pattern for meetings is the note taker. They come to the meeting and volunteer to take and share notes. The anti-pattern to that is the project pirate. They arrive late and attempt to seize the meeting and move it a new way. How about you? Any patterns and anti-patterns of communications you've encountered?

I hadn't thought about patterns and anti-patterns. They are new terms to me - in this context anyway.

It is something software architects often use. A pattern is solid, good repeatable where an anti-pattern is the opposite!
