A Cheeky Little Vegetable!

As some of you may know, I'm a pescetarian but, most of the time, I try to be vegan as I don't like the way eggs are produced or the way that cattle are treated to provide dairy. This means that I eat one hell of a lot of vegetables and beans. Last night Adam was having a beef casserole so I decided to make up a vegan casserole. I chopped an onion and a parsnip and was then about to chop a carrot but, as you can see from the photo, it wasn't a normal carrot shape. I looked at it and told Adam than it looked like a man's head with a big nose. He, being a typical male, decided it resembled a 'male appendage'!! Just had to take a photo before I chopped it for my casserole!
