Ramen for dinner

My sister and brother in law made some awesome ramen last night, and I just can’t say i have ever had anything like that! They just used Maruchan ramen noodles and made their own veggie broth, topped with bean sprouts, jalapeños, colorful peppers, green onions, pickled carrots, sriacha and soy sauce. I try to avoid noodles but it was delicious! I am in the cooking/meal prep mood today which is good since I go back to work tomorrow after a 3 day weekend... Now I just have to decide what to make! Do you make your own ramen? Or have you made anything fun/interesting lately?

I have never been a big fan of Ramen noodles since we have lived on them a time or two...but I never thought about improving them with other ingredients. Thanks for the idea! =)

Exactly. I know I spent a lot of my childhood eating these things. I didn’t hate it, but it did get very sickening and just very bad for you with all the salt!

That does look really yummy. I rarely eat ramen noodles but they are tasty.

I don't make my own, and used to love the stuff, but just too much salt these days. Oh well.
