Rainy weather (if not too heavy) can be quite fun for some people around the world. Some of them, usually take a rain shower to have fun and enjoy the morning, afternoon or night. It looks like a good way to spend time! Would you be one of them?

I remember one warm evening when it was raining and it brought out the entire neighborhood... it was a gorgeous nice!!
