Sore throat thatdid not let me complete my sleep!

I've been having these sore throat for the past three days.. It feels awful specially at night Fortunately, i'm getting out of this ailment. It,"s ery hard not to get sick iduring this change of seasons What kind of medicine do you usually take for a sore throat?

I dont take medicines for my sore throat. I just gargle warm water with salt.

Leaving cld drinks out, works. I´ve been drinking hot tea and coffee

It might work well for me too. I still have the symptoms of the sore throat, so that is going to be the next move

warm water gargle helps a lot. If you could do vinegar too, much better.
