Hello everyone. Do you know about Chia seeds? A lot of write up tells that this tiny black seed is very good for the body. Some call Chia seeds "super food." It contains fiber, protein, antioxidants, calcium, omega3 fatty acids and more. It helps in promoting healthy skin, building strong bones, improve hearth health, balance blood sugar, aids in weight loss, fight cancer growth and more. It can be added in your drinks or as ingredients in your food. Have you tried chia seeds?

@rakski I think the taste is horrible, even in the yogurt it makes a gelatinous paste that is disgusting.

I add the seeds in yogurt and let them stay over night together with muesli. Keeps me free from constipation and gives a lot of goodies to the body..
