Priesthood or Marriage Life?

Yup there goes that annoying question or opinion again when they find out that I'm single.
Can't they just be quiet and let me enjoy being single and simple life?
Sometimes I hate the previous generation. It's like you don't have any choice at all except this two.
Maybe I should go avoid go outside when they're around because they might open up the darn opinions again.
Anyways I enjoy my status and not choosing either of this.

I get if you want to be single and not marry. But why do you have to be a priest? I don't get it.

Hello @cmoneyspinner Seriously? I really don't get it. They think I have no good being single with out cause. I guess some people just like to open their mouths for no reason.

@Letranknight2015 - I have several kids. I never even mentioned marriage to them, except that I warn them to be careful who they choose for a spouse. Some of my kids got married (and divorced) on their own. Some of my kids are single. Some say they can't find the right one. Some say they want to be single. I back off and let them make that decision. I mean ... if I insist and they get married to please me and they are unhappy, who are they going to point a finger at for the cause of their unhappiness? I say if you're are grown, make your own decision. My late sister never wanted to marry. Me? I always wanted to marry. I got married. She stayed single. We were both happy with our own decision.

I have the same problem. I am not bothered by single-hood and I am also open to marriage. But I am not going to be in relationship with just any random person or marry them to please others.

Some people could be so insensitive to ask such very personal question. They should never mind about anyone's status as long as the person is happy about it.

To get married or not is a personal choice. It is none of their business. But we have such people in all culture. Just avoid them.

Hello @Janet357 That is true, commodities have gone up over the years. I can't believe that tuna and sardines were expensive compare before. If only i had save much back then.

@Letranknight2015 yesss! Life is hard. So if they tease you for being single just ignore them. I experienced that when i was single, now that am married, they always ask me how come we have no kids.

Hello @jobelbojel Are you single? It's a conclusion of a relationship when two believe they can settle down and have a family. Not sure if that kind of settle that I want.

People who have nothing else to ask will ask you that question and that's pretty annoying! Why can't they just mind their own business and let you do your own thing! Anyway, don't mind those people, savor your single life first before entering a married life - married life is a lifetime commitment so choose your partner wisely! =)
