This Has To Be Spring!!!

Spring must be here!!! It's gorgeous outside and the snow is melting as fast as it possibly can. I brought boots and a heavy coat with us, but I don't think that I needed it!! Okay, not quite flip flop weather but I can almost smell spring!
Are you as excited about the change in the weather as I am?? As soon as the grand kids wake up, I think that I will take them for another walk lol!!! And one last thing... It's my sugar day today and I just finished a sliver of Tira Misu… it was awesome!!
As always... I'm sending out hugs to anyone who might be in need of one!!

It is at our son's house... at our house lol... don't have a clue!! I will wait until our little holiday is over and then hope for the best. ;)

I love Spring (the sun is back and it's warming up again here too), enjoy my little grandkids so much, and Tiramisu is my favorite dessert!

@BloggerDi That's the one. Ours has the layers soaked in espresso... There was one restaurant in the Chicago are that soaked theirs in rum... it was awesome... And then we moved :(

@Hate2Iron I wasn't sure if I was spelling right either. I've had the rum kind. I've only tried one that has layers soaked in espresso.

Right now... it's pretty springlike and I will quite happily accept it. It reminds me of my childhood!!

It's not officially Spring but it's close. I know it because here in Austin we have those trees that bud pretty white and pink flowers. Whenever we see those flowers we know spring is close or spring is here!

It was lovely here on Thurs 63 degrees f for one hour but pretty windy. Snow is in the forecast for sat but it already came. We got a dusting of snow but it's slightly icy too which I didn't realize. I'm hoping it's not icy at home or I may not bring my two bags of groceries inside but will decide that once I get there.

@Hate2Iron actually it wasn't as slick as it seemed. It's rather have the day or two of warmer temps to break up the cold than just all the non-stop cold. Sat may be the coldest until the end of the the month unless another cold front comes through.
Plus having a colder day gives the grounds time to catch up with the melting and maybe there will be less flooding in the yards.

Right now in Scotland we are getting some excellent weather! This has been the case for the past few years at this time of year. Our summers aren't as good as they used to be - we seem to be getting our summers earlier in the year with a second summer in September-October

This spring we will have a brand new garden to get to know and a lot of plants that we have never worked with... really looking forward to it!!
