Do you ever got order error when ordering food online?

Last week was the most frustrating day because besides the very hot air when my brother ordered the pizza online it looked fine but after a long wait it was past 1 hour why it hadn't arrived yet even though it already paid.

Finally, my brother called the center and after checking there was no order there, my brother wanted to cancel the order it couldn't because their system was having an error.

Imagine I have to wait 4 hours for them to fix their system just to eat pizza.

Unfortunately they only gave me 1 coupon to be exchanged for 1 free pizza.

Thats awful, so because of their error you couldn't even get a refund? They should have given you an extra pizza for your wait and inconvenience

@LowRiderX I only get a coupon if they late 30 minutes. To get the free pizza I must exchange the coupon.

They should have given you your pizza for free! We call and order pizza for pickup or delivery.

They only give 1 coupon to be exchanged for 1 free pizza (that's as usual), they still need to get paid for the pizza I ordered.

maybe their internet is also problematic if the weather is bad so they don't get information from the buyer quickly.

I also just once had an error, before it went smoothly. I became thinking of Cash On Delivery only when ordering so that it can be canceled if the order doesn't go there.

Gosh that is ridiculous waiting for 4 hours just to order pizza!!

So sorry that happen to you. I have sometimes encountered error but before I order so then I do not order on that down website.

That sucks! I have experienced some problems with ordering food as well but never had to wait 4 hours like you did. Thats a long time.. Did you wait those 4 hours to get your pizza or did you eat something else in the meantime?
