how do you find peace in your life?

Good late morning.
A beautiful Spring day.
How do you find peace in your life.
For me will be get out in nature and breathe the wonderful air.
This is so peaceful.I have to be alone to enjoy this.
Yesterday I talked about the big donut I bought.
We will have it today.Wanted to show you a picture of it.
Chocolate, Razz-berry, Will have this tonight
have a good day and get out and enjoy the day.

That looks tasty!
I, too, love to get outside and into nature when I am able. I also find peace by appreciating all that I have, remembering the little things, and that some of those little things are actually the big, important things.
There is an online space that is open to just a few select people where I will go if I need to have a rant. That way, I can keep the rest of my life peaceful. It's like going into the woods to scream!
My favourite thing, though, apart from spending time with my children and grandchildren, is to spend time near the sea. I absolutely love everything about that.

I live about a 2 or 3 hour drive from my nearest seaside but I don't have a car at the moment so it's about 4 hours on a train! My friend is soon to visit her parents' caravan near the sea so I said I'd go down and spend the day with her. I said I'd meet her for breakfast so I have to catch a train about 5am!

That certainly is one awesome looking donut. As for how I find peace... I meditate. I'm looking forward to trying it outside this summer! It's going to be noisier here than when we lived in the country. It should be interesting to see how well I can ignore it! And I bet you are crossing off the minutes until dessert tonight!

There's lots of ways to find peace . . . today we will try to see some springtime blooms. Yes, it's nice to get out in nature this way - I enjoy the silence away from technology!
