Another Busy Weekend….

Hello there, everyone. I just wanted to make a post about my weekend, which was quite the busy one. My best friend and I had plans to hit up the flea market on Saturday, and we took her little one with us of course. One of my nieces was supposed to join us, but she was under the weather. Anyways, I didn’t get anything outside of a pepperoni log and Dr. Pepper from the Amish Market. After the flea market, we headed to Payless so I could get the other pair of Airwalks I wanted. I’m finished with treating myself for a while though. Anywho, we hit up Walmart where I picked up a necessity, and then she dropped me off at home. I rested for a bit before going to Target and 7-11 with my Mom, brother-in-law and niece. I only bought food though. The rest of my Saturday was spent at home, which was fine by me. I didn’t think I was going anywhere on Sunday, but my best friend texted me. She was taking her little one to the zoo, and he wanted me to go, so I went. We went to the Washington DC Zoo, which is free to get in, but parking was terrible. She eventually had me take the little guy into the zoo so she could find parking…. like 10 minutes away. Yikes. But it’s a big attraction so I’m not surprised. It was nice to just relax and see the animals though. I barely took any pictures, as I still have pictures from our last visit that I never got around to uploading online. I did snap a few pictures of the turtle and raven exhibits, but that’s really it. Anywho, I was struggling to stay awake on the way home, but she was tired too (and driving) so I didn’t wanna sleep in the car. I spent the rest of the evening relaxing at home. So yeah, it was a tiring weekend, but it was still a good weekend. I’m gonna wrap this up and catch some Zzz’s. You all have a good night/morning and take care. :) Photo Credit: Pixabay.
