One thing I've always hated was not being able to get to sleep, or sleeping for a while, but end up waking up at 1 am.
It's been ages since I've had that problem, however, as I'm on psychiatric medications that help me sleep well.

Well sometimes it happens that our sleep gets impacted. Yet we ought to be more alert towards our health. De- stressing by indulging in our favorite activity sometimes does helps.
I hope you do have better sleep after Thursday?

oh, i'm sorry, i know that feeling of not being able to sleep :(
sometimes exercise helps. or have you tried a sleep aid like melatonin?
i hope you can find a solution soon
