Stepping on Lego - ouch! / myLot

If you have kids at home then it's quite likely that you have Lego pieces strewn all over at some point. Stepping on a Lego piece is one of the most painful home accidents you could have. I hate it when it happens. Has it ever happened to you?

Oh my Lord so very painful! I just stepped on a Lego last evening. Not only does it hurt like the dickens it almost dumped my fat butt in the floor. Even when they try to get them all picked up , it seems like there is always that one stray one that is in hiding until you are walking by and BOOM it jumps out in your path.

I can imagine how painful it is especially if you really stepped on it unconsciously at all. With all the sharp edges the blocks it has it can really hurt you bad.

@pitstop Yeah nice suggestion or maybe rubberized it to make it softer and stepping on it wouldn't be so painful.

Yes, many times I’ve stepped on little legos. The smaller the more painful it wasn’t too bad when it was the duplos but man once they get old enough to do the ages of 4 and up those small pieces hurt so bad. I’ve cried and said some pretty bad words.
