Barely have my eyes open

I am so tired that I barely have my eyes open, this last weekend besides I woke up early and had been quite busy, the clocks changed to summer time. I love this change but they stole one hour from my sleep I also had a few problems to fall asleep this last night and now I am feeling like I need to go to bed immediately. I know some countries are already in the summer time since the middle of March but I think all European countries only changed now. I still have some notifications to read but I will clear it tomorrow, I promise. Wish you all a good night sleep

The change of hour affected me. I fall asleep later and I wake up later. Don't worry, tomorrow you will feel less tired.

Thank you, I slept better this night. It took me some 2-3 days to adopt.

@nela13 2 or 3 days is not much. For me it takes longer.

You had a busy weekend and are probably exhausted from that, too. The time change never seems to bother me, but get your sleep. Having two little children to care for and work must exhaust you. Goodnight and sleep tight!

@nela13 I'm the same way, but being retired gives me the opportunity to crash whenever I need to do so. Hope you feel better today!

@DianneN I am better today, thank you. In my case I have no opportunity to make breaks when I want it is more when I have some free time, which is rare.

@nela13 I always lack sleep because I cannot sleep earlier than 10:00 p.m. in the evening and have to wake up at 5:00 a.m.

The time change always affects me and makes me tired. It's usually a couple of weeks before I feel like myself again.

I am also always in a rush, with two young children and working 7 hours a day I rarely have free time.

@nela13 I do not think that's happened to you because of the change of time, but from the fatigue that was gathering all week

The time change definitely affects me when it happens. For us it happened the second weekend of March. The Monday was really hard.

We don't change our clocks here. Must be difficult to change one's body clock.
