Wel is breakfast the most essential part of a person's diet??

breakfast for me is everything. i can't start a day without it. it's the fuel that keeps me going. it's the energizer i need to start my day right. lunch and dinner are just something to re-energize me back on track. i eat a lot in the morning. smaller amount for lunch and little for dinner. snacks in between are good, too. i love to eat!
