yes it is true...without breakfast you feel weak and after having breakfast you feel energized.

i hear this a lot. i know that people say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but i am not hungry when i wake up. i'd prefer to extend the fast as long as i can. the less i eat in the morning, the less groggy i feel in the evening.

breakfast for me is everything. i can't start a day without it. it's the fuel that keeps me going. it's the energizer i need to start my day right. lunch and dinner are just something to re-energize me back on track. i eat a lot in the morning. smaller amount for lunch and little for dinner. snacks in between are good, too. i love to eat!
