I have to tip my hat to the Elkhart School District in Indiana who is teaming up with the food rescue group called Cultivate to serve food from the cafeteria at Woodland Elementary School to give it to 20 students who are needy since they do not have any food to eat on the weekends.
The program will last from now to the end of the school year that needy students will have food that was not used in school in a neat package for students to have a meal on the weekends.
It is nice to see a school district in Indiana take care of students who need a meal to eat on the weekends.

Food that is still edible and can be given to people in need is a great idea that I hope can be picked up worldwide.

I also hope this program succeeds not only in Indiana and worldwide.

I like the idea of food banks getting on the wagon to send supplies of unused food from cafeterias in Indiana to feed needy students.

That was a wonderful idea someone had. Lucky students won't go hungry.

I like the idea myself for unused food to be given to needy kids in Indiana.
