what made you realize you were no longer a kid?

It was a question i heard on the radio and it got me thinking. Some people had funny answers like knowing the meaning of "due date"...other were sad like not hanging out much with their childhood friends anymore because of different priorities. I think mine would be giving away all of my beloved toys because i no longer played with them anymore.

I still think like a kid quite a lot of the time it's just my 40+ body reminds me that I'm not Someone asked George Bernard Shaw what, in his opinion, is the most beautiful thing in this world. “Youth,” he replied, “is the most beautiful thing in this world—and what a pity that it has to be wasted on children!” A famous saying and not necessarily conclusively attributed to GBS but it is something I agree with

I guess when parents started to not getting strict on you anymore and letting you go where you go. And when the workload became heavier and heavier that play time becomes smaller and smaller.

@lady1993 she has about the mental age of a 7 or 8 year old. they gave her shock treatment 3 times which made her that way among other things.
