Let the schooling begin!

Happy Thursday all! I am here with a cafe latte from Starbucks in hand in the parking lot for work a bit early so I thought I would check in. Spent 80 minutes this morning on the treadmill walking and viewing pre recorded powerpoints and videos for the class I just started taking, for EMT certification. There is a ton of reading to do, videos to watch and then quizzes to take before our “in real life” hands on skills class in June. The schooling and amount of work ahead of me feels a little daunting. It’s been about 5 years since I have taken any type of class, so I feel slightly out of practice. On the upside, there are no essays or papers to write! But i am excited to learn at the same time as well as have an “extracurricular” project for while I am not at work. I am the type who needs to stay busy, so this is going to work out well i think. Are you taking any classes?
