I've been to different workshops about music, arts, health and others. I even joined a workshop on taekwondo and as expected, my body cant keep up 
.
And now, one my instructor said that there is an acting workshop that the Dramatics club will offer and she is encouraging me to take part of it. But Its a big NO for me. Theatre or acting is not my thing. Heck, you can make me join any other workshops but not in acting or theater.

The only workshops I have joined were related to writing and art. I have never joined an acting workshop. I don't think that acting is the right choice for me. I have only been in a play once. It was a school play, and I was....a cow

you're pretty active. that's good.
go ahead and try the acting workshop. you might learn something useful - even if you drop out eventually.
