What do you do when you take a loan for your family member, they refuse to pay you back and you end up paying for it every month for six months and as a result, you end up with no money at all??????

Next time, they cannot use me or they cannot borrow money from me. Maybe i will just help if they need financial assistance.

Well we have save money even if it is 20 dollars a week. Always have money for emergencies.

@Twairimu well a piggy bank helps i save up all my change and when it's full i have up $50 sometimes. Also i recycle my cans and bottles and exchange them for money.

I solved this problem many, many moons ago by adopting a strict policy to never lend money to anyone, especially family. I adhere to this policy strictly. Because I am one of the wealthier people in our family, this sometimes irks some family members. But I do not budge.
