Bad Kitty!

It's been bad kitty day today. It's only coming on 10 in the morning and I've already had to get onto a cat about it's bad behavior! Not even the cat that is usually the mischevious one. No, this kitty decided she was going to jump onto the counter in the kitchen and I had to tell her she'd better get her little self down.
Then I come back into the kitchen and there she is in the window sill! I didn't have to tell her this time. I opened up the window in the livingroom and carried her over to it but she has left again.
I'm going to see if she's in the kitchen window again after I post this.
This after she did her swishy tail stompy foot routine this morning. She does this when people are preparing food, hoping that someone will drop something.
I did starve her this morning, maybe this is her payback?
I woke up to both kitties at the pantry door, their food bowl had gotten empty the night before.

I was only jesting. They have a self-feeder type thing and it was empty. They were eating out of it last night before I went to bed, so really it was just this morning. I've refilled it and they've gone to get some nibbles out of it several times today.

@ScribbledAdNauseum I notice that they do not like to eat a lot of food all together. they nibble all the day long.

@LadyDuck Yes, but dogs like to chomp their food down. I've had cats and we had dry food all day but wet food once in the morning and once in the evening.
She just feeds her cats dry food.

It was rainy here as well, but later in the day. So far I haven't had trouble with them jumping on things this morning. Well, jumping on things they arent' supposed to.

Oh I know this. They are too cute and they know it as well, even if we admonish them they know we'll forgive them pretty quickly.

We've got our own set of bad kitties around here this morning. Smoky our oldest and scariest cat has been banished from the house (we let him inside in the winter) because he likes to bring his prey home and eat it in front of the rest of us this time of year. Mocha the resident longhair is leaving behind wads of fur big enough to create several kittens (it's a hazard of this time of year she's about to get a hair cut) and insists on parking herself baskets of clean laundry if I don't get it folded and put away immediately. And then there is Miss Primrose who keeps disappearing into the deep dark reaches of my storage closet and has been known to be too lazy to go downstairs to the litterbox or outside to do her business. I do NOT like surprises.

I had a cat like Miss Primrose who would often go into the closet and get herself lost in there. One of my friends cats does not use the litterbox like she should. My friend has changed the type of litter box she has and that is when this trouble has started. She does sometimes use it, but not all the time. It was her this morning that was being the bad kitty. In fact, I dont' see her in the living room but here something going on in the kitchen so I better check.
