Tomorrow one of my hubby’s dearest friend’s family leaving to native place for settling there and their children will study there further. Elder one appeared for 10th board and younger one is supposed to get admission in class first this year. There academic year starts in June so they have enough time to get the admission and other procedures. They are quite nice we know each other for long time now. We planned to have dinner together one day and that exact day I become sick then cancelled that plan. After that they are too busy with other people so I prepare breakfast for them tomorrow. Also send packed lunch for them to eat in train. As I am not well they strictly told me not to prepare lunch for them, they will get the same from train. But I am determined to make for them as they have children with them. Food from train is not good at all. I have to wake up bit early to prepare lunch for them as they leave 8.30 am. I felt it is my duty to help them as much as I can even though my health is weak. Have nice day/night to all. Image from google

You are very kind to help them. When you move to another place the first few weeks are not easy.

They are moving to their own home at native place. But children may take time to adjust with new school.

@LadyDuck Yes, for children, to change their friends, something hard indeed. They may face problem to find new friends and mingle with them.

I will do the same thing If I am in your position. It is very accommodating to let them feel like our own family.

@Sreekala Sometimes some people are not grateful and that is not good, too.

@Shavkat When we expect back gratitude the problem arises. I do not expect it, I do what I can do. However, they called up as soon as they reach the place. The train they boarded had no pantry facilities and as I sent food for one day it was a big relief for them.

That's really nice preparing food for them. It is sad if close friends choose to live far away from us

I prepared breakfast for them and packed lunch for them. Yes, it is sad but unavoidable in life.
