If we have to move

Our lease is up near the middle of October. But we have to give notice to the management sixty days if we decide we are going to move or not. We do need a bigger place to live in because my daughter and her fiance are having a baby in September. But if we can find another place that we can afford then we will move.If the rent is not going to be raised too high then we will stay till we do find something that we can afford and get more income. However if the rent is going to be raised too high then we will have to move farther away where it is cheaper, but I don't have a car to get anywhere and it will be far out and most evenings and when they go away on vacation I will have major issues with my PTSD will get a lot worse In the picture I am looking for places in this nearby neighborhood for nearby homes that are for rent so I can estimate what the price might be about in August when we have to secure a new home if we have to move. Plus I have to get my credit improved.
