There must have many reasons for why we change our work. Perhaps, the salary is not enough, you just want to change an environment around or a life style, the relationship with co-works are not good... For me, in present, the salay is the important reason that I consider to resigning, I think I couldn't afford my life anymore if I still have such a little money.

I've changed my work at different times for different reasons. Sometimes, it was because I needed to earn more. A lot of times were to fit around my family. Then there were times when I did not have a choice - e.g. redundancy. I do get bored easily but I've done well to stick with my current job for 18 months so far! I have still been looking for other jobs because I'd like to earn a little more and my job doesn't offer a very good work/life balance.

Yeah, I think salary is very important but work experience is also important, It’s not good for us if we change too often, actually.

@Faynlain If we change jobs too often, it can make us look like we're not able to commit. That will put off future employers.
