So I just tried acupuncture

At first I am afraid of the needles and I thought will get wounded and have scars because vaccine shots of mine got scarred. Anyway I didn't get wounded from those needles at all. I didn't find it relaxing but days later after the therapy is where I felt the effect. I sleep better and I feel less pain on my body. The experience of getting pierced by hundreds of needles though felt nothing. I only experience the benefits and effects days later.

Acupuncture needles are way thinner - I would think you wouldn't scar from them (I would get a little pinhole scab sometimes from it, but that's about it). I was so relaxed during my sessions - I would literally fall sleep. Well, the acupunturist turned the lights off and put calm music on for me too. It wasn't like that at first . . . but the more you know the routine and you get to know the acupunturist, the more trust you build - and then it's more relaxing. So are you going to go for more sessions? I believe it helps.

I will do it again but it will be a long time because I will go for a Chiropractor next, That is the next thing I want to experience, BTW I am already done with the meat industry. I am now a full time voice actor, Mostly commercials. Thats why I was gone for a long time.

@much2say His kids have a change of heart. They won't let a cousin takeover. Maybe yes, I have to sign a full disclosure order for every project I have to do. I do commercials for now but I want to do videogames, cartoons and anime. Yes I had already done some commercials. I don't know when will they air, I just accept all jobs available.

Wow I am also looking for a good acupuncturist in here but like you I also am afraid of the needles being prick on me. Can I know how much you've spend for one session?

A hundred dollars per hour. It might be cheaper in your country

I have also tried acupuncture. I thought that the needles would hurt more than they actually did. I hardly felt any pain at all. The treatment didn't helped much, so I only tried it once.

@CaptAlbertWhisker When I tried it I was hoping that it would help me sleep better, but it didn't really work and I haven't tried it since that time. It sounds like it was more useful in your case.

Never tried it before, but at least you got to finally face your fear of needles and get good effects on it.

Yes acupuncture helps to get relief from acute pain. I was also scared from needles. But after my child had born, now no needle can scared me.

Worth trying but you should do it with a licenced acupuncturist.

I was scared of the needles at first. I think its better to have a massage before having acupuncture because the process is not relaxing. I felt the effects days later.
