A photographer wants to find out the identity of man and young girl in front of Notre Dame

A photographer named Brooke Windsor photographed a dark-haired,bearded man swinging a young blond girl in front of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France,an hour before the conflagration erupted.They are not "suspects".It was just a happy moment in the location before all hell broke loose.She just wants to know who they are.

It's not terrorism, it was accidental and this is sure. Here is the photo. As you see there is nothing weird in front of the Cathedral.
