Morning exercises has more benifits

Even though someone can do it anytime in a day but if you do it when sun is rising it is super beneficial i can tell this because of my experience. The athletes like me prefer it early morning.

You should edit and tell us why it is more beneficial in the morning vs. other times. Your discussion would be more helpful. Just being a personal preference does not make this a fact. I know there is a reason for it.

@runningriz Yes, your experience is yours alone, doesn't mean it will be the same for everyone else. What I was referring to is facts that make it more beneficial to do in the morning vs. other times of day.

Sometimes I do that I the morning, but there are time in afternoon

You are absolutely right. Morning exercises keeps our body active throughout the day and also help in brain functionality.

Yes, it is more beneficial personally I have also had experience it was my weight loss journey. I lose weight from 120kg to 80kg seriously those who want to lose weight morning is the best time to do exercises.

I prefer to do it in the afternoon because I only have free time on that.
