I like to eat mango, but am allergic to the skins. If youi're allergic to poison ivy, stay away from the mango skin and pit. They're both in the same family. It's pain to peel or cut with gloves on. Good thing they have canned mango and juice

Yes, seasonal fruits are always wonderful and it is the mother nature provide everything in time

I love mangoes...I eat them nearly every day during the spring and summer and into the fall. I also buy the dried mangoes and carry them with me when I go to town and when I work. They're a handy carry with me fruit for when I want something to snack on but want something healthy to eat with out snacking on something unhealthy. Thank heavens for mangoes and coconuts as I will slice the dried fruit and mix in some coconut and a touch of cashews and I have a handy snack that's much better than what I can get at the store.

dry mangos that is new for me because I eat them about thousands of times but dried never.
interesting thing for me.
