I got three very clear definitions of what a troll is. That really helped overall! I do clearly see a distinction (thank you to everyone for that) between Troll and Cyber Bully.
Based on that success - what does the community feel a Cyber Bully really is?

Trolls live in the forest and look like tree stumps or mountains, depending on how big they are. The really big ones have a tree on their nose. They turn to stone when the sun shines.
I think this doesn't apply to neither internet trolls nor cyber bullies. Trees won't want to hang out with them and they'll be hiding from the sun.
Hope the search for information isn't because you're a victim of either of them.

Thank you for the concern - no I am doing some research for an article!!!
We actually had a chance to enjoy the trolls/gnomes of Norway. We brought a couple of home for good luck (one for our house, one for our boat!)

@DocAndersen Was the one for the boat a sea-troll?
There are special trolls for water. They have sea-weed for hair.
I never realized how ingrained the idea of trolls was for me before people misbehaving on internet were called trolls, and I just "no, trolls have too big fingers! They can't use computers, not to mention smartphones" :-)

@Torunn yes a sea troll (two actually) one is wearing a captains hat. We have him on the front of the boat by the steering wheel! He is the captain.
The other is a good luck sea troll and lives in the main part of the boat.

A Cyber Bully is someone who wants to bully someone else under a anonymous account. I'm not one.

Just about the same as a real life bully without the punches. Name calling, bashing your name, making up stuff they have no knowledge of like someone being a wh*re or gay and they aren`t.
