Yesterday we visited a Danish place called Tickon. It is a sculpture park where the sculptures are made of wood, stones and other things that you find in a park. Some of the sculptures are hard to find because they blend in with nature.
The photo shows one of my favorite sculptures. The name of the sculpure is "Between copper beach and oak" The artist's name is Alfio Bonanno. He is from Italy, but he has been living in Denmark for many years.
There is a lake in the middle of the park and it took us about an hour to walk from the entrance to the exit. Next to the park there is a castle. It is a private home and it not possible to visit it inside, but we saw it from the outside.

It sounds like an interesting place. Those sculptures blending well with environment must be some masterpiece.

Some of the sculptures are great. There is a map at the entrance, but sometimes it is hard to find the sculptures. Sometimes we weren't sure if was a sculpure or just a part of the park.

@Porcospino So it actually becomes sculptures hunting with map in your hand.
These artists must be too good with their masterpiece.

@arunima25 Yes
The ones are close to the path are relatively easy to find, but sometimes we have to leave the path in order to find the sculptures. They are well hidden and sometimes we almost got lost and struggled to find the way back to the path.

It is an interesting place. My husband and I visited it several years ago. One of our friends stayed with us during Easter and we decided to show him the place. We couldn't find all of the sculptures, but we enjoyed walking around for a while

@Porcospino That looks pretty sizeable . . . if you couldn't find all the sculptures, it must be a pretty big park! I'm going to look it up online
- but surely nothing beats actually being there!

Thank you. We enjoyed our visit there, but it was a bit hard to find some of the sculptures.
