Today I read this in a news paper. Means dogs are helping them to be fit on health wise. In my opinion dog owners are going for a walk on daily basis. Since they care dogs they will do exercise along with dog without their knowledge . So all dog owners deserved appreciation

@Sreekala No, he is in my yard. He is closed, I don't let him roam. There are many cars here.

The idea is, when some one has pets then they are forced to take them out , meanwhile the owners also get benefited with the walks.

Please make a habit of walking when you can spare time. It is not necessary to do in morning. Evening or at night will works best.

@Sreekala You think after running for the bus and train and walking to and fro to the station and back and then running all over in office and then coming home an doing all the chores leaves me any energy to walk?
