How to tag someone here in mylot?

I just wondering why I can't tag someone here in my lot especially for those give me some comment on my discussion, I always try but it wouldn't work but I saw the other member here they can tag other member here for their discussion or comment, how can I do that?

Do you mean mentioning their name? Just put a @ and use their username.
