Do you use hair oil?

No, it is not about any recent medical study of oil secretion from hair follicles and using them for some purpose, or if someone does that I don't know about them. It is about applying oils to your hair. In India it used to be the custom among people . It has a cooling effect on the scalp , and arguably helps to bring sleep too .It provides nourishment to the hair. I am applying hair oil in this hot summer here just before bath. It might feel a bit sticky but there are lite hair oils also. Do you apply hair oil or have considered using them ever? Image: taken from the internet

Nope, never used and never will. I don't like having stuff in my hair to weigh it done and make it need washing before it should need to be washed.

No, I do not use hair oil. Our weather is warm most of the time, it makes my excessively oily and damp

Yes that is a problem.But I use it for the coolness.You may try some lite hair oils.

We grown up with having that habit. There are special oil for hair always for children. So without applying oil on hair and bathing was a crime. However, now I am not that much particular on applying oil at present.

A massage with a hair oil even takes the headache away. I haven't tried such a massage though.

Being of a certain age I have little hair left although my wife uses oil on her hair! I know Indian head massage is very therapeutic and stimulating!
