Working on Meal Plan/Prep Ideas

I know that I need to at least start coming up with a meal plan idea, if not meal prep ideas.
I follow a lot of low carb/keto people on YouTube who do this themselves....so I am taking ideas from them that I think I will like.
Might start sharing the meal plan for the week on Sunday nights.
Some ideas I have so far are:
1. Bacon or Sausage (or both) and eggs
2. Lasagna casserole (ground beef and pork with ricotta, marinara - or I'll probably use pizza sauce-- and some mozzarella cheese
3. Meatballs & Marinara
4. Cheesy ranch chicken
5. Taco bowl
6. BBQ Ground beef with bacon and cheese.
7. Pizza casserole (Pizza sauce, ground beef, cheese, pepperoni).
Do you have any other meal ideas that I could do? I mostly do a carnivore diet, but with dairy allowed. Also spices, and things like pizza sauce, tomato sauce, low carb condiments, etc).
I will try some veggies down the line, but for now I am trying to just stick to the low carb plan. I know if I tried veggies and hated them....I'd just go back to my potatoes and pasta.

Sounds good! You could do Chicken Fingers without the breading we make them for Little Miss she loves them!

Thank you :) That is a good idea....I have made chicken nuggets and breaded them with parmesan cheese. Now if only there was a perfect sub for fries lol

@MommyOfEli2013 you can try out different ideas til you find a good substitute for fries.
We can look around together online to see what we can find.

I have to say when we did Atkins a chicken caesar salad was our go-to meal. I like mashed cauliflower in place of potatoes, with butter and cream it is pretty darn good.

@MommyOfEli2013 If you boil it then put it in the blender, the texture goes away.

That's good that you liked that meal on Atkins. I tried cauliflower and can't get past the smell and texture! I even tried adding butter and cheese and everything. That would be nice sub if I liked it.

@wolfgirl569 I don't have an issue with the bad stuff, unless I have nothing low carb prepared lol but I hear that!

It does help some with my daily sharing; I think the weekly meal plan & prepping what I can on the weekends will help even more

BBQ chicken or BBQ ribs. I have my own sauce recipe; but you can use bottled.

BBQ chicken does sound good. I don't like ribs....but BBQ is good for a lot of things! That's good you have your own recipe. I haven't liked many of the sugar free BBQ sauces so going to make my own too.
