Good day to all. Most of us, especially ladies, always ignore their own needs and do everything for their near and dear people. But for own thing, just take it as easy and later become sick then only they realize the value of ignoring themselves. Prime Time means, the time you spent with family or dear people. Ever one needs to keep some time for their dear people. I don’t know how the electronic gadgets stolen this precious moments from our life. Your take please?

@ShifaLk That is the best way, keep an association with our dear ones but keep the attachment with God alone.

Prime Time is nowadays the 9 pm news bulletin or some debate on tv channels. Electronic media has lessened the interaction families have among themselves. I have not recharged my d2h for over a month now and am enjoying myself without the TV. I find myself reading more nowadays.

Yes, sadly TV serials stolen that time. Then mobile too have some responsibility. It is good to leave those and live happily.

@Sreekala I have made it a habit of not checking my phone on Sundays. So if anyone wants to contact me urgently they have to call me coz their whattsap messages will never be seen till Sunday night when I check it for any office related messages for the next day.

I have seen people that are sitting at the same table texting each other. Why not talk to each other.

A typical family gathering around a table will be everyone on their cell phone or tablet.

Exactly, people are doing the same way these days. But it is time to rethink and talk to each other than spending time in mobile.
