Do you keep MyLot a secret?

I have told some people about MyLot but usually I like to keep the name a secret when talking about it to certain family members or friends. Especially family members though.
Reason is because I want a place where I can go and not worry about being watched. I have made some great friends here and as some of you know I made a best friend here. And I enjoy being with you all. Best friend, friends, friends to be, strangers and people I haven't even spoken to yet. I see this as my place to be to talk and make some extra cash.
Kinda like when people go out for a walk or meet up with friends somewhere away from home. Just want that time away from other people. I hope I'm making sense. Just want MyLot to be a place for me to be independently without being watched by....ok I think I mean mainly family lol I just wouldn't want them to be here.
Do you keep MyLot a secret? Or do you feel like MyLot is one of your places to be to relax / get away?

@dya80dya I hope it's ok to ask you this....PLEASE tell me to go away if this is too personal but do you by any chance have a way to live on your own? Or do you prefer to live with your parents?
I'm sorry that they would laugh. I don't blame you for not wanting to tell them.

My husband and children know about Mylot and so does my sister and mom. =) They joined but didn't keep up with it.

I have no one to tell about being on myLot but if anyone asks online I do tell them. I always love coming on here and finding out what everyone has been up to.

@RasmaSandra That is nice for you to tell people. I do tell strangers online if they need money but not sure if they ever checked it out. And I am the same as you. Love coming here.

Most of my friends and family are not inclined to be in sites like this.
However, I do mention myLot to them and if they show further interest I invite them to have a look.
I have shared some posts on Facebook.
My wife visits often using my account.

My family know about the site but I did not say to any of my friends, mostly because of the language barrier, I know how many they do not know English language

No I haven't told anyone in my family about Mylot. I keep this site private as it's a place I can go vent and make some extra money also. Although I do not cash out every month it's still fun to come here and interact whenever I am bored or just want to interact with people.

@Blondie2222 Awesome! I'm glad you have MyLot to vent! Sometimes, some of the venting is about family lol well for me sometimes and talking to family doesn't always....help. But MyLot is great for it.

There's no reason to tell people. A few good friends know I am here and enjoy it. It started started years ago and when one failed I would connect with old friends and find where to go. I love mylot, but I'm only here when I don't have anything else to do. I put the money away and when I need something I use it like when I go camping...And yes it is relaxing here...

@VivaLaDani13 When living with my parents we camped every summer, when I married I moved away from the family but got to see my parents and siblings at Christmas. When I moved to Canada I was close to my parents and my sister. 4 to 5 hours from my family so every summer I would take my kids and go to gram pa's house and then camp with my sister and her kids. Our kids joined us when they can as adults but my sister and I still camp every summer in the most beautiful place in the mountains in NY.

@PainsOnSlate I'm glad you enjoy it here. I am saving my money right now on here. I will be using other sources to make money but wanting to save for a car.
I have only been camping twice. Wasn't exactly prepared for it correctly but really enjoyed it. Do you go often?

In my case I haven't told any friends cause it never comes up. Besides some of them want a site that makes them earn a little quicker and we all know it takes some time to earn here. I think the same as you, this is a safe place where we know people and talk without being watched by. Nice post. I remember when you were going through tough times with your dad, I hope he is better now and totally healthy! God bless him and you too!

And I understand what you mean. People usually prefer sites to make quick and big cash. MyLot isn't a place to get rich by but it's a very nice place to be.
