Just checked an interesting article about how to manage to lower high blood pressure. I am happy to have many of the natural foods and supplements already at home.. Neolife.com has taught me a lot about this..
When blood pressure rises and stays high over time, it can damage the body in many ways, so it's important to know how to reduce It.

High bp is known as the silent killer. I find that weight loss and low sodium, along with exercise, helped tremendously.

Yes, we can do a lot to use many natural remedies.. I have used many of them, and have been using Neolife food supplements about 20 years.. just need to walk every day a bit longer now that my leg is healing..
